  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to define project roadmaps and requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables while communicating technical impacts to business stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Executive Leadership.
  • Facilitate project meetings, drive decision-making, and proactively resolve project risks and roadblocks.
  • Document project decisions, scope changes, timelines, and action items while ensuring appropriate executive escalation when necessary.
  • Analyze and document business processes using process maps, narratives, and flowcharts.
  • Provide objective evaluation of project health while identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
  • Influence stakeholders across all organizational levels without direct authority.

  • Enterprise-wide digital transformation projects
  • Cross-functional coordination between technical and business organizations

Required Qualifications

  • Experience partnering with software engineering, development, and architecture teams
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience managing enterprise-wide projects involving multiple departments
  • Excellent project planning, risk management, issue management, and change management skills
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Preferred Industry Experience

  • Strategic thinking and sound business judgment
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Curiosity and willingness to challenge assumptions
  • Relationship-building across technical and business teams
