Responsibilities for Legal Operations Analyst include but are not limited to:

· Execute and administer one or more Payroll & Benefits processes accurately and efficiently.

· Develop and maintain a strong understanding of payroll and benefits systems, policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.

· Manage payroll and benefits inquiries from employees, managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders in a timely, professional manner.

· Ensure accurate processing and administration of payroll and benefits activities.

· Monitor, analyze, and maintain payroll and benefits data integrity across systems.

· Support payroll and benefits reporting, audits, and data analysis to assist HR and business decision-making.

· Identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process optimization opportunities and recommending solutions.

· Support service delivery metrics and performance monitoring related to outsourced payroll and benefits providers.

· Collaborate effectively with internal HR teams, finance, vendors, and external suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.

· Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service.

· Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, payroll regulations, company policies, and benefits administration guidelines.

· Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary and provide appropriate follow-up

Candidates for Legal Operations Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Experience supporting payroll and benefits administration in a shared services or HR operations environment.

· Knowledge of payroll processing, benefits administration, and related compliance requirements.

· Experience working with HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems.

· Strong analytical and data management skills.

· Experience managing service delivery metrics and vendor relationships.

Pay Details: $38.00 per hour
