Job Summary:
Legora is redefining legal work with an AI-native workspace designed for legal professionals. As a Lead Legal Engineer, you will lead complex client engagements and manage a team of Legal Engineers, focusing on driving adoption and delivering measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Leading enterprise-level pilots and implementations across multiple stakeholders and products, from discovery through go-live, with clear success metrics.
• Owning priority client use cases end-to-end, shaping scalable onboarding and implementation frameworks.
• Acting as a senior thought partner to clients, building trusted relationships with partners, legal ops, and innovation leaders.
• Delivering executive-level demos, workshops, and presentations, clearly articulating value and handling complex objections.
• Influencing internal teams (Product, Go-to-Market, Customer Success) on implementation strategy, setup, and handover.
• Representing the voice of the customer, surfacing product gaps with evidence and driving them through to resolution.
• Building and refining team processes, systems, and operating rhythms that scale delivery quality and team effectiveness as the Legal Engineering function grows.
• Providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and career development support to drive individual and team growth.
• Managing and developing a team of Legal Engineers, setting clear goals, expectations, and performance standards.

Qualifications:
Required:

• Bring structure to complexity, move quickly without sacrificing quality, and focus on outcomes over perfection.
