Job description

Client Engagement Advisor (Legal Intake)

A respected and growth-driven family law organization is seeking a high-performing Client Engagement Advisor (Legal Intake) to drive new client engagement and revenue growth. This is a true sales role designed for a closer who thrives in a performance-based environment and understands how to build trust during pivotal life moments.

You will serve as the first strategic point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them from initial inquiry to paid strategy session and ultimately to signed retainer. This role requires both emotional intelligence and disciplined sales execution. It is consultative, metrics driven, and highly rewarding for professionals who excel at closing with integrity.

This is a hybrid role. Onsite training required for the first 90 days.

What You Will Own:

  • Lead inbound consultations and conduct structured discovery conversations
  • Qualify prospects and clearly articulate the value of legal representation
  • Schedule a minimum of 8 or more paid strategy sessions per week
  • Convert leads into 3 or more retained clients per week
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through signed agreement
  • Maintain detailed documentation within CRM systems
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure proper client alignment
  • Build and manage a strong and consistent pipeline

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3 or more years in a quota driven sales role with documented success
  • Experience running the full sales cycle including qualification, presentation, objection handling, and closing
  • Track record of exceeding performance metrics
  • Professional presence with strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to navigate emotionally sensitive conversations with confidence
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation Structure:

  • Competitive base salary starting at $50,000 to $55,000 depending on experience
  • Uncapped monthly commissions
  • On Target Earnings of $90,000 or more when performance goals are achieved
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K

Why This Role:

  • Clear metrics and performance expectations
  • Strong income potential for disciplined closers
  • Hybrid flexibility after training period
  • Opportunity to contribute to meaningful outcomes for clients

This is not an order-taking position. It is a high-impact sales opportunity for a professional who understands how to connect, convert, and close while maintaining integrity and professionalism.
