Job description

Duties, Practices and Procedures: The following describes the practices and processes that must be part of contractor ‘s ROI services:

*Process all type of medico/legal (e.g., tort claims, subpoenas, etc.), first party, and third party ROIrequests in accordance with federal and VA rules,regulations, and directives.

*Process duplicate records from paper charts.

*Retrieving documents from electronic health records.

*Coordinate requests for information from Radiology and Pathology Lab.

*Provide customer service to VA Veterans and associates for all types of ROI requests and questions.

*Provide back-office ROI support services.

Normal Hours of Operation:

Contractor shall provide 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday thruFriday hours of operation.

Requires NACI low-level/OPM Security Background Investigations and Personal Identification Verification (PIV). Staff will work on-site to provide customer service and ROI processing at the hospital’s Veterans Business Center and the Kietzke Health Administration Service office.
