Duties

  • Greet customers and assist them in selecting firearms, accessories, and related products with expert knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels through merchandising, stocking, and inventory management to ensure a well-organized sales floor.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about firearm specifications, usage, and safety protocols.
  • Process transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with accuracy.
  • Upsell complementary products such as ammunition, cleaning supplies, or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Ensure all firearm sales comply with federal, state, and local regulations by verifying proper identification.

Qualifications

  • 21+ Years of age
