Job description

Document Processing Specialist

Strategic Legal Practices, APC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Document Processing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, revising, and formatting documents, correspondence and other materials received from our clients and prospects in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will also be required to perform other duties as required to support their team as well as the office management team from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, process, and format documents, correspondence and other materials received from clients and prospects.
  • Ensure all documents are accurate and comply with the firmโ€™s standards.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to meet client needs.
  • Support the office management team by greeting guests, answering phones, and providing other services as required.
  • Other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associateโ€™s or bachelorโ€™s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal or professional services environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with clients and team members
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve
