Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our legal team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support, helping to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our legal department. The ideal candidate will be organized, resourceful, and capable of handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys and paralegals in the preparation, review, and organization of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, briefs, and pleadings. Conduct research on legal issues, statutes, regulations, and case law to support active cases and internal projects. Maintain and manage legal files, both in electronic databases and physical filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and court appearances on behalf of attorneys. Draft correspondence, memoranda, and other legal documents under the supervision of attorneys. Coordinate document production processes, including photocopying, scanning, printing, and binding legal materials.

Manage incoming and outgoing communications with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other stakeholders. Assist with trial and hearing preparations, including organizing evidence, exhibits, and witness lists. Provide general administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and processing invoices and expense reports.

Qualifications: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
