  • Escalate case issues, risks, and blockers to management and legal partners in a timely manner
  • Follow the department's risk and control expectations, including documentation and adherence to procedures
  • Identify and escalate system or process issues and improvement opportunities
  • Serve as a subject matter resource on applicable Chase procedures and processes used to support testimony
  • Coordinate personal travel for in-person appearances and comply with travel and expense policies
  • Maintain professionalism and composure while working in high-pressure environments

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience supporting litigation processes and/or serving as a witness, with strong attention to detail for accuracy

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including interpreting complex information and drawing logical conclusions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting information clearly and persuasively
  • Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple priorities independently
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain objectivity in high-stakes settings
  • Flexibility to adjust work hours to meet business needs and real-time disruptions
  • Strong public speaking skills and confidence communicating in formal hearing or courtroom-style environments

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Knowledge of internal JPMorganChase systems, such as ICP, C3, and DTS
  • Strong organizational skills, follow-up discipline, and attention to execution details
  • Two years of people leadership experience
  • Experience supporting more than one CCB Operations Function/Line of Business.
