QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ Years of experience in a law firm setting.
  • Experience with multi-line switchboard.
  • Criminal law exposure is a plus.
  • Dictation/Transcription and able to type 60+ wpm.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
  • Calendaring and arranging for meetings.
  • Create and edit legal documents.
  • Assemble and maintain client files.
  • Legal case management software experience; Fast Case, PACER, Clio, or Rocket Matter is a plus.
  • Answer phones in a professional and welcoming tone.

  • Meet with potential clients and existing clients.

  • Able to work closely with other staff members and attorneys.
