Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Personal Injury Legal Assistant to join our team. This role supports attorneys in the management of personal injury claims and litigation, ensuring a seamless and responsive experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be passionate about helping clients during difficult times.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys with all aspects of personal injury case management.
  • Draft and manage correspondence, legal documents, and case-related filings.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical case files using document management software.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and courts.
  • Schedule appointments, depositions, and court appearances.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to attorneys as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
