Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate or Senior Associate to join our dynamic legal team in New York. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills, along with experience supporting complex legal matters across areas such as finance, equity, data, AI, and government.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough legal research on statutes, regulations, case law, and other legal matters.
