The firm is seeking a candidate who is proficient in both English and Spanish and can be able to translate. This position provides an opportunity for a career with an excellent benefits package and compensation commensurate with the candidate's experience. All inquiries will be kept strictly confidential. This is a fully onsite position in our Fort Lauderdale, Florida office. The hours are 8:30 am-5:00 pm Compensation: Commensurate with experience Responsibilities: This position will assist and support the Administrative Team by: Answering phone Composing email messages Able to speak and translate English/Spanish In charge of incoming/outgoing mail Greet all clients and visitors Set up and support a conference room meeting Full mail function, including retrieval and scanning of documents Various mini projects supporting the law firm and the building Handle office supply inventory and orders Requesting Medical Records Support to Paralegals and Attorneys Qualifications: โ€ข Bilingual (English/Spanish) โ€ข Customer Service and office experience โ€ข Candidate must be proficient with MS Office and be technologically savvy โ€ข The ideal candidate is smart, organized, detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to multitask โ€ข Excellent communication and interpersonal skills โ€ข Must be able to write clearly/legibly in English and Spanish
