Now Hiring: Facilities Material HandlerEast Longmeadow, MA | 1st Shift | $21.00/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

Join Stanley Black & Decker as a Facilities Material Handler! We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on team member to support facility operations and keep the site clean, safe, and running efficiently.

What You’ll Do
  • Operate forklifts/PIVs and other powered equipment
  • Pick up, transport, weigh, and record scrap, cardboard, trash, and skids
  • Maintain company grounds and assist with snow removal
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and complete checklists
  • Use cleaning equipment, floor sweepers, scrubbers, and company vehicles
  • Assist the Facilities team with projects as needed
  • Identify and report unsafe conditions
  • Follow all safety rules and procedures
What We’re Looking For
  • Forklift/PIV experience preferred, but not required
  • Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand/power tools
  • Basic math skills
  • Dependable and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented and safety-minded
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
