QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, es una compañía líder en la industria farmacéutica, biotecnológica, de dispositivos médicos y fabricación. Con una experiencia combinada de más 25 años proveemos servicios de alta calidad a nuestros clientes. Reclutamos recursos para todo tipo de industrias y buscamos recursos talentosos, altamente motivados que quieran unirse a nuestro equipo.
Responsabilidades:
  • Configurar y operar maquinaria de manufactura, incluyendo máquinas de impresión, AMPLAS y otros equipos de producción.
  • Cumplir estrictamente con las normas cGMP, cSOP, cGDP y demás regulaciones internas y externas aplicables.
  • Leer e interpretar planos, especificaciones técnicas y tolerancias para determinar la secuencia correcta de operaciones.
  • Seleccionar, instalar y asegurar herramientas, dispositivos de sujeción y piezas de trabajo en la maquinaria.
  • Ajustar parámetros de operación como velocidad, alimentación, profundidad de corte y posicionamiento de herramientas.
  • Configurar dispositivos de alimentación y fijación para iniciar procesos de manufactura.
  • Operar la maquinaria, monitorear su funcionamiento y verificar que el producto cumpla con las especificaciones de calidad.
  • Alimentar las máquinas con materia prima, realizar cambios de "foil", cambios de dados y ajustes menores de limpieza.
  • Asistir a Mecánicos de Manufactura y Técnicos de Mantenimiento durante rutinas de mantenimiento preventivo.
Cualificaciones:
  • Certificado técnico o vocacional de un año en Mecánica General o disciplina relacionada.
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en áreas relacionadas de manufactura, mecánica o equipos industriales.
  • Conocimientos en neumática y mecánica general.
  • Capacidad para leer e interpretar procedimientos de operación, mantenimiento y normas de seguridad.
  • Conocimientos básicos de inglés y español.
  • Habilidad para redactar reportes y comunicarse efectivamente con supervisores y compañeros de trabajo.
  • Conocimientos matemáticos básicos (fracciones, porcentajes, razones y análisis de gráficas).
  • Capacidad para analizar situaciones, resolver problemas y seguir instrucciones detalladas.
  • Conocimiento de entrenamientos y requisitos relacionados con cGMP.
  • Disponibilidad para Turnos: 6am-6pm Sabado y Domingo con 2 días en turno 10:00pm a 6:00am en la semana.
