Estamos buscando un Supervisor de Soldadura con experiencia para supervisar y coordinar las actividades de soldadura en nuestro lugar de trabajo en Brownsville, TX. El candidato ideal liderará un equipo de soldadores, asegurando el cumplimiento de los protocolos de seguridad, estándares de calidad y fechas límite del proyecto.
Responsabilidades:
-Supervisar y coordinar operaciones de soldadura en el lugar, gestionando un equipo de soldadores.
-Asegurar el cumplimiento de regulaciones de seguridad y políticas de la empresa.
-Supervisar procedimientos de soldadura, garantizando una producción de alta calidad y el cumplimiento de las especificaciones del proyecto.
-Realizar inspecciones y controles de calidad en componentes soldados.
-Entrenar y orientar al personal de soldadura, brindando orientación sobre técnicas y mejores prácticas.
-Coordinar con gerentes de proyecto para programar asignaciones de trabajo y cumplir con las fechas límite del proyecto.
-Mantener inventario de suministros y equipos de soldadura, coordinando la adquisición según sea necesario.
