Envision LED Lighting is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Customer Service Specialist who enjoys helping people and knows their way around the lighting industry. If you take pride in delivering great service—whether you’re assisting a homeowner with a return or helping a contractor dial in the perfect quote—you’ll feel right at home here.

Role Overview:
This role blends customer service, account support, and technical product knowledge, making every day a little different. You’ll be a key point of contact for our customers, building relationships, solving problems, and helping uphold our reputation for responsiveness, reliability, and genuine care.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage orders in NetSuite. Provide product quotes and solutions based on customer needs.
  • Answer customer calls, troubleshoot common issues, or route technical questions to our in-house technician.
  • Respond to customer emails and live chat inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Interact with production and shipping to communicate order needs, establish shipping schedules, and help ensure smooth deliveries to customers.
  • Support Sales and Marketing needs by providing samples, demos, brochures & catalogs on request.
  • Manage designated tickets for various customer inquiries and issues (Front app), either handling the issues directly or designating the appropriate team members.
  • Assist business buyers with account setup and relationship management.
  • Manage warranty registrations and returns for both residential and commercial customers. Issue RMAs and share return tracking details.
  • Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure a positive resolution.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Ability to resolve customer issues and take initiative to follow through until the customer is happy.
  • Excellent proficiency with customer service-related office applications (e.g., Front, NetSuite, Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral format.
  • Understanding of warranty, RMA, and return processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in the lighting industry or with a lighting product line ( LED fixtures, retrofits, recessed lighting).
  • Familiarity with lighting terms, specs, and basic installation concepts.
  • Bilingual (Spanish is a plus).
