What You'll Do
  • Install permanent LED lighting systems on homes and commercial buildings
  • Route and secure low-voltage cabling, mount aluminum tracks, seal and weatherproof connections
  • Climb ladders (up to 30 ft) and work on roofssafely and confidently
  • Keep job sites organized and customer-ready
  • Guide customers through the lighting system and mobile app after install
  • Represent our brand with clean work and professional interactions

What You Need to Bring
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (truck/SUV preferred)
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders and roofs
  • Comfort working outdoors in Arizona heat
  • Familiarity with power tools and safety basics
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • A clean, professional appearance and good communication skills

Choose Your PathTechnician I Growth Track
  • No experience requiredjust mechanical aptitude and a great attitude

Technician II Expert Track
  • Must have experience in low-voltage lighting, exterior install trades, or similar (gutters, solar, or similar)
  • Able to lead or co-lead installs with minimal supervision
  • Opportunity to mentor Technician I's and move into leadership
