Key Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Selling Automotive Components and Manage key Account
• Primary role: Sales account manager Delta Components Group growth components used in Automotive including: Intelligent shunts, High Power Magnetics, and High-Power Semiconductor Switches / Fuses
• Support as needed: Sales of current components used in Automotive including Inductor products, CMC's, resistors, current sensors and other electronic systems used in Infotainment, ADAS, LED Lighting, EV Charging, Powertrain and BMS systems, as well as advanced thermal components to address electronic systems needs, Fan or Liquid cooling.
• Achieve sales revenue goals and maintain year-over-year sales growth.
• Handle key accounts day-to-day business activities, manage projects, continue to build relationship, explore new opportunities, promote new product lines to drive business demand
• Communicate with Manager and the design team in Taiwan and the factories to seek samples, prices, specifications, guidance for customer inquiries, and resolution to possible quality issues.
• Prepare required periodic reports including RFQs, opportunities status and accounts sales forecast
• Negotiate pricing, business terms, and contracts on behalf of the company.
Minimum Qualifications
• Must have Engineering Degree BSME or BSEE with sales/marketing experience in automotive components or related industries.
• Strong network with OEMs and Tier1 suppliers - engineering and purchasing
• Technical knowledge and quick learner of automotive segments and applications
• Strong sales discipline, negotiation, communication and presentation skills
• Highly self-motivated and results driven
• Organized, responsive, and effective time management
• Proactively solve the problem, attentive to details, and follow through
• Team player with collaborative spirit and interpersonal skills
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 30%
LOCATION: Delta Automotive office in Plymouth Michigan
Pay Range
USD $16,000.00 - USD $190,000.00 /Yr.
