LEASING PROFESSIONAL

Set the First Impression. Close with Conviction. Raise the Standard.

Location: Atlanta, GA

Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Base Pay + Performance Commissions

THE ROLE

The Leasing Professional is the front line of the business.

You are not a greeter. You are not a tour guide. You are a closer.

Leasing is sales—executed with professionalism, urgency, and accountability. You control first impressions, influence occupancy, and directly impact revenue.

If you avoid goals, scripts, or follow-up—this is not the role. If you take pride in closing, consistency, and results—we want you here.

THE MISSION

Your mission is simple and demanding:

  • Convert interest into leases
  • Deliver an exceptional resident experience
  • Represent our standard in every interaction
  • Every prospect interaction matters. Every lease counts.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lease with Purpose

  • Respond to all inquiries—phone, email, and in-person—with speed and professionalism
  • Conduct confident, structured property tours that highlight value—not just features
  • Guide prospects through applications, documentation, and lease execution
  • Overcome objections and close decisively
  • Maintain mastery of pricing, availability, floor plans, amenities, and incentives

Deliver a High-Standard Resident Experience

  • Create a welcoming, professional environment for current and future residents
  • Address resident concerns with urgency and ownership
  • Partner with maintenance and management to ensure follow-through
  • Support retention by reinforcing value and community standards

Support Marketing & Outreach

  • Assist in executing on-site and off-site marketing initiatives
  • Participate in outreach efforts to drive traffic and brand awareness
  • Ensure online listings, ILS platforms, and social channels are accurate and current
  • Represent the property professionally at all times

Own the Administrative Details

  • Maintain clean, accurate records of prospect interactions and leases
  • Process applications and follow up consistently—no leads left behind
  • Conduct market surveys and monitor competition to stay competitive
  • Use CRM and property management systems with discipline

Operate as a Team

  • Collaborate with property management to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
  • Participate actively in team meetings and performance discussions
  • Assist with resident events that strengthen community and retention
OUR VALUES (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Our values drive performance:

  • Positivity: We cultivate a high-energy, forward-moving environment. Negativity has no place here.
  • Solution-Oriented: Problems are documented, analyzed, and solved—systematically.
  • Pursuit of Excellence: We believe fulfillment comes from achievement and doing things right.
  • Transparency & Candor: We are honest, direct, and ethical—always.
  • Dedication to Outperform: We exceed expectations for residents, partners, and teammates.
  • Leadership: We lead with clarity, consistency, and accountability.
  • Financial Strength: We operate with discipline to sustain growth and performance.
WHO YOU ARE
  • You are confident, professional, and sales-minded
  • You follow up relentlessly and close with intention
  • You communicate clearly and listen actively
  • You stay organized and execute consistently
  • You bring energy, discipline, and a team-first mindset
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Prior experience in leasing, sales, or customer service strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (I Love Leasing)
  • Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
  • Sales and objection handling
  • Customer service excellence
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Time management and prioritization
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Competitive base pay with performance-based commissions
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Paid Time Off and Holidays
  • Professional development and advancement opportunities
THE STANDARD

If you’re looking for a leasing role where effort matters more than results—this isn’t it.

If you want to sell with confidence, represent a high-performing operation, and be rewarded for execution—we want to hear from you.

Anything worth doing is worth doing right.
