What You’ll Do:

As a Leasing Professional, you'll focus on sales and customer service, leasing apartments and helping retain residents. You'll be a key player on our team, building rapport with prospects, achieving occupancy goals, and maintaining positive community relations. Weekend work is required but comes with the opportunity for commissions in addition to your base pay.

What You Bring:

We’re looking for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced sales or leasing environment. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office are a must. Experience in a sales-focused role is preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate.
