As a Leasing Professional, you'll be the face of the community, helping prospective residents find the right home and supporting current residents with professionalism and care. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives on meeting goals, and is looking to grow in the multifamily industry.

What You'll Do

  • Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and urgency
  • Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish
  • Maintain accurate records in Entrata (or similar software)
  • Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and resident events
  • Support move-ins, lease renewals, and resident communication
  • Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure resident satisfaction
  • Stay current on market trends, pricing, and availability

What You'll Need to Succeed

Required:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Availability to work Saturdays (closed on Sundays) and maintain a flexible weekday schedule
  • Comfortable working with leasing goals and sales metrics
