Fourwinds Marina is the scenic marina destination on Lake Monroe in Bloomington, IN, offering beautiful waterfront views and a welcoming atmosphere. It's a favorite spot for boaters, locals, and visitors to enjoy time on the lake, friendly service, and memorable days by the water.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Customer Service:
  • Assist boaters with slip inquiries, marketing, and leasing opportunities.
  • Negotiate, prepare, and complete slip lease agreements accurately and professionally
  • Provide clear explanations of marina policies, lease terms, and account details
  • Accept, process, and post customer payments
  • Address customer questions regarding account balances, billing, and services
  • Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to build positive relationships with marina customers
  • Direct customer inquiries or concerns to the appropriate department when needed
  • Accounting & Administrative Support:
  • Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, and lease documentation
  • Utilize the marina computer system for customer setup, data entry, scheduling boat launches and retrievals, and reporting
  • Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned
  • Ensure accuracy, organization, and confidentiality of financial and customer information

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
  • 9 AM to 5 PM with one weekend day either Saturday or Sunday required, 5-day work week.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred
