About the Opportunity

As an integral part of our “we can do that” culture, you will oversee and grow the lease portfolio at Lexus of Oakville. Responsibilities include:

  • Working with the Sales Management team to sell new & preowned vehicles
  • Managing and retaining an existing base of leased-vehicle Guests while driving growth through cost-effective marketing and program enhancements
    • Establishing and pursuing sales/profit objectives through planning, organization, and performance measurement
    • Overseeing the lease vehicle portfolio and negotiating with third-party credits to float transactions
    • Collaborating with the Sales Management Team to purchase new vehicles, sell pre-owned vehicles, and optimize inventory
    • Leading and supporting Vehicle Sales & Leasing Consultants, including setting short- and long-term objectives
    • Professionally closing vehicle lease transactions and managing lease receivables
  • Coaching, training and hands on support with current and future portfolio

About You

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Minimum 3 years managing a dealership lease portfolio
    • 5+ years of automotive sales experience
    • Previous dealership experience in a similar role
    • OMVIC License and valid Driver’s License with clean abstract
    • Exceptional verbal & electronic communication skills
  • Excellent selling, negotiating, and closing skills
    • Strong attention to detail; organized, strategic, and able to maintain confidentiality
    • A natural ability to build strong relationships and a loyal Guest book quickly
    • Proven track record of generating and handling lease renewal leads
    • Ability to balance profit with high-level Guest service
    • Self-motivated, independent, positive, and professional
