Salem Leasing is seeking a motivated and results-driven Rental Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, prospecting new business, and helping customers find transportation solutions that fit their needs. The primary focus of this position is the sale of commercial truck rental services and maintenance to businesses throughout the market.


What You'll Do

  • Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Sell commercial truck rental solutions and maintenance programs to new and existing customers
  • Develop and present rental and maintenance solutions to prospective customers
  • Contact regular and prospective customers to explain products, services, pricing, and program benefits
  • Prepare proposals, bids, quotes, and customer presentations
  • Consult with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer contacts, and opportunities within CRM systems
  • Support rental customers and assist with rental counter activities as needed
  • Collaborate with the service teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
