Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Oro Vista in Oro Valley, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting prospective residents through the leasing process, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with current residents.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist prospective residents, providing detailed information about available units, community amenities, and leasing terms.
  • Conduct property tours and highlight key features to potential residents.
  • Process rental applications, screen applicants, and prepare lease agreements in compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident information.
