A Leasing Associate is responsible for assisting prospective tenants in finding and leasing rental properties, such as apartments or commercial spaces. Their duties typically include conducting property tours, answering inquiries, processing rental applications, and preparing lease agreements. Time management can be challenging, especially during peak leasing seasons when demand for tours and inquiries increases.
