A Leasing Associate is responsible for assisting prospective tenants in finding and leasing rental properties, such as apartments or commercial spaces. Their duties typically include conducting property tours, answering inquiries, processing rental applications, and preparing lease agreements. They also help ensure properties are well-presented, address tenant concerns, and coordinate move-ins and move-outs. Leasing Associates serve as a primary point of contact between property management and tenants, helping to maintain high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.

What are some common challenges leasing associates face when balancing prospecting new tenants and supporting current residents?

Leasing Associates often manage a delicate balance between attracting new tenants through property tours and marketing efforts, while also addressing the needs and concerns of current residents. Time management can be challenging, especially during peak leasing seasons when demand for tours and inquiries increases. Northwood Ravin

Kissimmee, FL โ€ข On-site

$14 - $19/hr

Full-time

Life, Retirement, PTO

Job description

Property website:ย The Lucent at Sunrise

Schedule:ย  M-F; evenings and weekends as needed.

Behind Every Exceptional Community Is a Team That Runs It Flawlessly

At Northwood Ravin, weโ€™re known for creating some of the most distinctive luxury apartment communities in the Southeast. That same level of care and precision extends beyond what residents seeโ€”itโ€™s embedded in how we operate every day.

Weโ€™re looking for aย Leasing Associateย who takes pride in owning the full leasing experience, from first impression to signed lease, while building genuine connections, driving conversions and representing the community as a lifestyle and not just a place to live.

The Opportunity

In this role, you own the leasing process end to end, turning interest into signed leases through strong tours, clear communication, and consistent follow-up. You position the community as a lifestyle choice by understanding what matters to each prospect and guiding them to a confident decision.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Build trust with prospects and residents by listening, anticipating needs, and delivering solutionsย
  • Convert leads to tours and tours to leases through consistent follow-up and value-driven communicationย
  • Create and contribute to social media content that reflects the energy and positioning of the communityย
  • Execute resident events that strengthen retention and community engagementย
  • Maintain weekend availability and flexibility to support peak leasing traffic and marketing events

This is a role for someone who is competitive, confident in the product, a market expert and understands that leasing is more than just sales, it is elevated customer service.

What You Bring to the Team

You have a solid foundation in multifamily leasing, sales, or a high-touch of customer-facing environment. Comfortable working with systems like Onesite and Funnel and have strong closing instincts with the ability to guide prospects through clear and confident communication.

More importantly, you bring a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work. Youโ€™re dependable, collaborative, and take pride in delivering high-quality results and representing the Northwood Ravin brand with pride.

Why Northwood Ravin

We believe exceptional communities are built by exceptional people and we are intentional about supporting both.

Our team is supported through competitive compensation, personal development, housing opportunities within our communities, and an elevated benefits experience designed to promote well-being, financial stability, and life beyond work.

We offer retirement planning with company match, generous paid time off, and dedicated time to give back through volunteer initiatives.

Our commitment to you evolves over time, through expanded time off, enhanced retirement contributions, reduced benefit costs, and meaningful recognition at key milestones.

Our Culture

Weโ€™re collaborative, accountable, and committed to excellence in everything we do. Thereโ€™s a shared pride in our work and a shared understanding that the details matter.

If youโ€™re looking to be part of a team that operates with intention and high standards, weโ€™d love to connect.

Northwood Ravin is an equal opportunity employer.
