Leasing Associate – Commercial Real Estate
Location: Massachusetts / New Hampshire
In-Office: 5 days per week
Portfolio: ~3 million square feet (Office, Flex, Industrial)
About the Company
We are a vertically integrated commercial real estate developer, owner, and operator with approximately 3 million square feet of office, flex, and industrial space across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Our team is hands-on, data-driven, and actively involved in leasing, asset management, and value creation across the portfolio.
We are seeking a Leasing Associate to support our internal leasing team and play a meaningful role in driving tenant demand and deal execution.

Position Overview
The Leasing Associate will support the leasing and asset management teams with a primary focus on cold calling, market research, and brokerage coordination. This is a high-exposure role suited for someone early in their commercial real estate career who wants to learn the business from the ownership side.
This position is 100% in-office, five days per week.

Key Responsibilities
Leasing amp; Business Development
  • Execute outbound cold calling campaigns to brokers and prospective tenants
  • Maintain and grow broker and prospect contact databases
  • Assist in tracking inbound leasing activity and follow-ups
  • Support touring efforts and proposal preparation
Market Research amp; Analysis
  • Compile and analyze market data including asking rents, lease comps, availabilities, and absorption
  • Assist with competitive set analysis across submarkets
  • Prepare market snapshots and internal leasing reports
  • Track deal velocity, pipeline activity, and vacancy trends
Brokerage amp; Internal Support
  • Coordinate with outside brokerage teams on listings, tours, and proposals
  • Assist with marketing materials, availability sheets, and pitch decks
  • Support senior leasing staff with LOIs, lease exhibits, and deal tracking
  • Maintain CRM systems and internal reporting tools

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred)
  • 0–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, brokerage, or sales (internship experience welcomed)
  • Strong phone presence and comfort with outbound calling
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel and data-organization skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Interest in building a long-term career in commercial real estate
