CRM Residential is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and creating a great first impression, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You'll Do:
  • Welcome prospective residents and show available apartments
  • Process applications and maintain leasing records
  • Follow up with prospects and applicants
  • Coordinate with management and maintenance on apartment availability
  • Assist with move-ins, resident events, and marketing efforts
  • Keep the Leasing Center professional, organized, and welcoming
