We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team at our beautiful 252-unit apartment community. If you enjoy building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and helping people find their next home, we'd love to hear from you!

Position Summary:
As a Leasing Professional, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a key role in maintaining high occupancy through exceptional customer service, effective sales techniques, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist prospective residents in person, over the phone, and online.
  • Conduct engaging property tours and highlight community features and amenities.
  • Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects.
  • Process rental applications and lease agreements accurately.
  • Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and market conditions.
  • Build positive relationships with current residents and assist with resident retention efforts.
  • Coordinate move-ins and provide an outstanding resident experience.
  • Maintain accurate leasing records and update property management software.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, outreach, and community events.
  • Ensure the leasing office and model apartments are clean, organized, and welcoming.

Qualifications:
  • Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
