Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a keen understanding of property management, and the ability to foster positive relationships with residents. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise and facilities management, ensuring that the community remains a welcoming and well-maintained environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring high standards of service and resident satisfaction.
  • Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize Real Page software for data entry, lease management, and tracking resident accounts.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance needs.
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to address repairs and upkeep of facilities.
  • Feature amenities and services to enhance resident experience.
  • Maintain accurate records related to leasing agreements, contracts, and legal documentation in compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
  • Organize community events to promote resident engagement and foster a sense of community.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer service or property management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Real Page or similar property management software is highly desirable.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and legal administrative processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with residents and staff.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Experience in facilities management is an advantage.
