Apartment Leasing Consultant

Location: Timonium, MD

Salary: $20-$25/hr.

Full-Time | Weekend Required


We are seeking a friendly, motivated Apartment Leasing Consultant with strong leasing, sales, and customer service experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping prospects find their next home, building resident relationships, and staying organized in a busy multifamily environment.

Schedule

  • Three weekdays from 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • Two consecutive days off during the week.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to phone and email leads and schedule property tours.
  • Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents.
  • Follow up with leads, assess continued interest, and help close the lease.
  • Assist with applications, lease agreements, addenda, and move-in and move-out documents.
  • Provide excellent customer service to prospects, residents, and vendors.
  • Enter and follow up on maintenance requests.
  • Follow Fair Housing guidelines and applicable laws.

Requirements

  • At least one year of apartment leasing experience.
  • At least three years of sales and customer service experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Yardi Breeze experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
  • Ability to travel between properties as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
