Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant – Spanish/English

We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and outgoing Bilingual Leasing Consultant who enjoys working with people and being part of a team. This position offers a great mix of office responsibilities, resident interaction, and apartment tours—so you’re not sitting behind a desk all day!

What You’ll Do as the Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant

  • Greet prospective and current residents and provide friendly, professional assistance
  • Answer phones, emails, and leasing inquiries
  • Show apartments and conduct community tours
  • Assist with applications, leasing paperwork, and general administrative duties
  • Follow up with prospective residents
  • Help residents with questions and requests
  • Support the property management team with day-to-day office needs

What We’re Looking for in a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant

  • Bilingual Spanish/English required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable with computers, email, phones, and general office duties
  • Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
  • Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with the public
