Three Pillars Capital is a real estate private equity firm based of Houston, TX with over $600M+ in assets under management. We are a rapidly growing team and offer plenty of room for fast vertical advancement into upper management. You will work closely with upper management & ownership and be a part of the team.
We are searching for a Leasing Associate to drive leasing traffic to the property and lease. You will be responsible to lease & retain tenants. It's a very simple job.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Continuously improve traffic to the property via online & offline channels.
  • Schedule visits, tour apartments & convert prospects to residents. You will manage every lead from end to end.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives that increase qualified foot traffic to the property.
  • Actively work every month to retain existing tenants and reduce turnover.
  • Build excitement and demand around our communities and available apartments

  • 3+ years of active sales
  • 3+ years of marketing and social media experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • A keen eye for design, creativity, and audience engagement
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required
