Job description

➢ Management of General Accounting

- Perform bank/credit card reconciliations and maintain orderly documentation. -

- Assist with month-end close (journal entries, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, depreciation runs).

- Prepare customer invoices; record receipts and support collection follow-ups.

➢ Housing, Vehicle, Asset Administration

- Maintain a lease tracker for employee/corporate housing (new lease set-up, extensions, terminations).

- Coordinate move-in/out, inspections, deposits, and utility set-up/closures. Reconcile monthly rent schedules; ensure accurate/timely payments and cost allocations to projects/cost centers.

- Keep all contracts and landlord communications organized; escalate issues promptly. Initiate new leases (quotes, approvals, contract setup): schedule delivery, manage end-of-lease return, coordinate vehicle site mileage logs by monthly.

➢ Others

- Set up Employee guideline when issues among site arise - All other job requested by supervisors or management
