Job description

The role of the Temporary Lease Accounts Assistant is to provide assistance in connection with administrative and accounting support with tasks related to reconciling commercial lease payments and accounts, which duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities

  • Runs store lease accounting report ledgers from system.
  • Reviews invoiced amounts against payment amounts in system and identifies discrepancies.
  • Review landlord Accounts Receivable ledgers against BDF's payment ledgers and identifies discrepancies.
  • Provides administrative support such as opening and reviewing mail.
  • Posts payments and credit transactions in lease payment system (utility bills and other one time payments).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Accounting /AP prior experience
  • Customer service prior experience
  • Microsoft Office Outlook / Excel / SAP / Lucernex or other Lease database system helpful, but not required
  • Self motivated - can do attitude

Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities:

$20.00 - $24.00
