Job description

The Learning Coordinator supports the administration of various Learning & Development (L&D) programs by supporting the daily operations of the centralized Learning & Development team. This role helps with the coordination of activities related to the organization's Learning Management System (LMS), training record management and compliance tracking for audit readiness, training content documentation and record management, training logistics including scheduling for both live (virtual and in person) and distribution of e-learnings, point of contact for LifeLearn, tuition reimbursement program and the New Employee Orientation program. The Learning Coordinator provides general frontline support for both internal and external customers.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
  • Serves as primary Learning Management System (LMS) administrator and super user, maintaining user profile setup, performing regular data audits, loading and distributing training content, conducting system maintenance and preparing both regular and ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Creates course and curricula structure in LifeLearn, to meet business needs and compliance requirements.
  • Supports classroom session registration and content publishing for internal instructor-led courses (ILC). Manages ILC attendance records in the LMS.
  • Manages user accounts in line with LifeCenter Northwest's organization chart on a weekly basis.
  • Review and approves LMS course uploads for internal training along with external training records to reflect external training conducted by organizational employees.
  • Coordinates the core competency documentation process, including quality review and LMS upload (accurate and timely record uploads, manual checks for errors, running reports to check for accuracy of records).
  • Records and maintains employee professional certification and license records and regularly audits to ensure records are updated ahead of expiration.
  • Provides LMS support for learners and leadership as needed.
  • Acts as the backup for facilitating LMS training for new employees.
  • Manages existing course and curriculum content to ensure functionality and maintains adherence of content to SCORM, xAPI standards, and web standards.
  • Works closely with the Quality and Regulatory Affairs department and the Learning Experience Designer to ensure all training record information captured in the LMS meets ongoing compliance requirements.

Learning Logistics
  • Acts as the intake/first point of call person in the L&D team. Reviews and responds to L&D inbox inquiries/requests and scheduling needs.
  • Administers the LifeCenter Northwest Leadership Onboarding Program by working with members of the extended senior leadership team to create customized onboarding plans for new members of leadership, as well as training scheduling and follow up.
  • Coordinates the monthly schedule for LifeCenter New Employee Orientation (NEO) sessions.
  • Point of contact with external training vendors, including registration/scheduling, logistics, invites and communication.
  • Administers the LCNW tuition reimbursement program in partnership with the Learning and Development Manager.
  • Researches and updates external and industry learning opportunities for staff on a monthly basis.
  • Collaborates with leadership and staff to book Archbright courses and other external trainings when requested.
  • Administers the Learning & Development intranet site, as well as any learning information on LifeCenter Northwest's intranet.
  • Works with SMEs to apply for continuing education units (CEUs) for applicable training courses.
  • Provides administrative assistance to the Training Cohort as needed during times of high activity.
  • Provides systems support to the L&D team on various workstreams.

Other Responsibilities
  • Acts as backup to front desk duties in the Bellevue office occasionally.
  • Provides administrative and project coordination support to PR Leads, Managers and Director for departmental projects and goals.
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and LifeCenter policies and procedures.
  • Participate in compliance, quality assurance, and performance improvement programs and initiatives.
  • Complete and submit accurate timesheets in a timely manner to reflect time off and pay units earned as applicable during the period.
  • Complete and submit a timely reconciliation of business expenses charged on their corporate VISA card, if applicable, and follow up on any issues in a timely manner.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in human/people resources, training/learning and development or administrative support in an office environment required.
  • Experience in training or organizational development preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or GED required.
  • Relevant work experience can be considered and substituted for academic requirements, or a combination of education and work experience
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or applicable medical or religious exemption will be required as a condition of employment upon offer.

PAY RANGE
$30.22 - $43.83 Hourly
The pay range for this role is provided above. Where a candidate's compensation falls within this range is based on several bona fide factors such as experience, tenure, and other specialized knowledge. LifeCenter Northwest is committed to providing its employees equitable and competitive compensation.
This position is eligible for compensation in addition to the base pay in the form of overtime.
