Learning Technology Coordinator
The Opportunity
At Signet Jewelers, learning plays an important role in helping our teams grow, develop new skills, and build meaningful careers. As a Learning Technology Coordinator, you'll help create a seamless learning experience for team members across the organization by supporting the technology, processes, and data that power our learning programs.
In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for the day-to-day administration of Workday Learning, ensuring learning content, assignments, curriculum, learner records, reporting, and programs are accurate, accessible, and running smoothly. You'll collaborate with Learning & Organization Effectiveness, HRIS, business partners, and learners across the enterprise to support learning initiatives that help our people succeed.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technology, organization, problem-solving, and customer support to make a meaningful impact on the employee experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Learning Technology & System Administration

  • Administer and maintainWorkday Learning, including:
    • Course assignments
    • Learning pathways
    • Curricula
    • Learner transcripts
    • System configurations
  • Ensure learning content, programs, and activities are deployed accurately and maintained within learning systems.
  • Monitor system functionality and learning technology processes to support an effective and positive learner experience.
  • Assist with updates, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance to support evolving business needs.

Learner & Stakeholder Support

  • Provide day-to-day support for learners, managers, and business partners by:
    • Answering questions
    • Resolving issues
    • Troubleshooting learning technology concerns
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure learning assignments and programs are delivered successfully.
  • Help create a smooth and user-friendly learning experience across the organization.

Learning Operations

  • Support the development and maintenance of:
    • Learning administration procedures
    • Process documentation
    • Job aids
    • Reference materials
  • Help ensure learning operations are consistent, efficient, and scalable.
  • Serve as a key resource in supporting the day-to-day execution of enterprise learning programs.

Reporting, Data Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain accurate learner records and learning data within Workday Learning.
  • Support data quality efforts to ensure reporting accuracy and system integrity.
  • Generate, analyze, and distribute learning reports and dashboards that support compliance, operational needs, and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system utilization, learner support, processes, and overall operational efficiency through data insights and feedback.

What You'll Need

Learning Technology Experience

  • 2+ years of experience administering Workday Learning, including:
    • Learning assignments
    • Learner transcripts
    • Reporting
    • Learning operations

Technical & Organizational Skills

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, quality, and data integrity.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new technologies and systems.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively support learners, managers, and stakeholders across the organization.
