Who We Are
At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. So why work at Kyndryl? We are always moving forward - always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.
The Role
Who We Are
At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage, and modernize the mission-critical technology systems the world depends on every day. We do this by combining deep technical expertise with a people-first mindset, a growth culture, and a relentless focus on customer success.
The Role
As a Learning Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping diagnose performance and capability gaps and translating them into targeted, high-impact learning and skill-building solutions. You will leverage Human Performance Improvement (HPI) and consulting principles to align learning strategies to business priorities, ensuring measurable impact and stakeholder satisfaction.
This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, learning design, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven insights, acting as the connector between business leaders and Kyndryl's learning pillars, products, and services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, skill gaps, and performance challenges.
  • Apply Human Performance Improvement (HPI) and consulting methodologies to diagnose root causes and recommend appropriate learning or non-learning interventions.
  • Design and recommend learning strategies and roadmaps aligned to organizational goals, covering both technical and non-technical skills.
  • Lead and manage learning engagements and programs, ensuring delivery quality, stakeholder alignment, and client satisfaction.
  • Act as a single point of contact between the business and Kyndryl learning pillars to enable successful delivery of learning solutions.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness, metrics, and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to inform ongoing and future learning strategies.
  • Influence decision-making through clear insights, data storytelling, and stakeholder communication.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across functional teams to ensure learning solutions are scalable, relevant, and impactful.

Kyndryl currently does not require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, however, if you are hired to work at a client, customer, or partner location, you may be required to show proof of vaccination to align with their respective COVID-19 vaccination policies. Those who believe they are eligible may apply for a medical or religious accommodation prior to the start of employment.

  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable learning strategies

Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Consulting experience in enterprise or technology-driven environments
  • Familiarity with learning ecosystems, learning portfolios, or learning product models
  • Experience working with global or cross-functional teams
  • Background in technical skills development, digital learning, or large-scale transformation programs
