Join the excitement of a dynamic company committed to providing exceptional neurological rehabilitation to adults with brain injury Learning Services, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner is a growing organization dedicated to excellence, honesty and ethics in the treatment of our clients and each other. For more than 40 years, we've developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.
Schedule: 7am - 7pm or 7 pm - 7am

We are searching for Part-Time Behavior Health Techs to work in our residential programs located in Johns Creek, GA. Behavior Technicians provide direct care services to people with behavioral challenges as a result of brain injury.
Duties:
  • Implements facility wide behavioral training as well as individual behavioral protocols, completing the necessary documentation
  • Models appropriate behavior provides positive reinforcement and corrective feedback on a daily basis
  • Assists residents in ADL's (Activities of Daily Living includes bathing, transfers, toileting and physical assistance), assists and participates in physical, vocational and recreational activities
  • Transports residents to medical appointments, vocational, recreational, educational activities in the community
  • Completes all daily needed documentation (i.e. behavioral data, token exchange, shift summaries, house charts, checklists, medication administration records, and incident reports)
  • Completes all housekeeping chores (i.e. laundry, vacuuming, dusting, etc.)
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
