Job Summary:
Google is a leading technology company that provides cloud solutions to organizations globally. As a Technical Immersive Learning Manager, you will drive the success of the Explore AI initiative, focusing on scaling and delivering workshops that showcase Google's AI portfolio to C-suite audiences.
Responsibilities:
• Build and manage influential relationships with Director and VP stakeholders, ensuring that technical solution strategies are directly aligned with commercial business models and internal sales motions. Act as a primary liaison between customer business needs and Google’s technical capabilities to secure executive-level buy-in.
• Lead the execution of strategic priorities by developing “gold standard" playbooks, repeatable frameworks, and technical assets. Drive organizational efficiency by creating scalable solutions that enable the broader team to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes across customer engagements.
• Cultivate technical excellence by providing mentorship and guidance to cross-functional work streams and multidisciplinary teams. Drive AI transformation within the role by strategically integrating AI tools to optimize the creation of technical artifacts, improve productivity, and accelerate solution delivery.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in technology, program management, or enterprise consulting.
• Experience designing and facilitating executive demos, hackathons, or high-touch technical enablement sessions for C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Experience driving customer satisfaction and program adoption.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 51 lbs.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
Preferred:
• Experience scaling new technical products or solutions in a high-growth environment, and driving significant user adoption.
• Experience in 'systems thinking' and API-centered architecture.
• Ability to engage, influence, and run interactive sessions with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in Google Cloud Platform, specifically Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Gemini Enterprise applied to enterprise-level business problems.
• Active contributor to technical communities or internal culture initiatives with a proven track record in enabling AI-based platforms.
