Job Description Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to the Technology Resource Center Computer Technician in regards to training and support of all TRC employees.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalency.
One (1) - Two (2) years of intermediate computer knowledge.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Intermediate computer knowledge.
Ability to organize activities and coordinate groups of people.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and follow-through on assigned tasks.
Proficient clerical skills to include answering phones, filing, and general data entry.
Ability to problem-solve, make decisions, and manage conflict.
Strong customer service background.
Ability to relate to students from all academic levels.
