We bring together healthcare providers, health plans, state agencies, employers, academic institutions, and community organizations to strengthen primary care, improve healthcare access, advance integrated behavioral health, support workforce development, and drive healthcare transformation across the state. Position SummaryCTC-RI is seeking a highly organized Program Coordinator to support implementation of Rhode Island's Rural Health Transformation Program.This position provides project coordination, stakeholder communications, meeting management, reporting support, and operational assistance for a statewide initiative focused on healthcare transformation and improved access to care.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate meetings, schedules, and project activitiesTrack project timelines, deliverables, and action itemsSupport stakeholder communications and engagementAssist with reporting and documentation activitiesSupport trainings, learning collaboratives, webinars, and eventsMaintain project records and tracking systemsQualificationsRequired:Associate's or Bachelor's degreeThree years of project coordination, healthcare administration, nonprofit administration, or related experienceStrong organizational and communication skillsPreferred:Experience supporting healthcare or public health initiativesExperience coordinating meetings, events, or stakeholder engagement activitiesWhy Join CTC-RI?Join a collaborative team working to improve healthcare delivery and access throughout Rhode Island while supporting innovative healthcare transformation initiatives. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
