Our Montessori school has been proudly serving our community for many years. With trained, dedicated educators (some with decades of experience), we provide an authentic Montessori experience in an early education setting. With mixed-age classrooms and carefully curated Montessori materials, we embrace the authentic Montessori Method, as we guide young learners toward the future, so they become innovative thinkers, good citizens, and able leaders.

Every classroom is a community with a team of educators collaborating to provide an authentic experience to the children. The Assistant Teacher supports the Montessori Guide or Lead Teacher in all classroom areas. As an Assistant Teacher, you'll: Always caring.

Follow all licensing guidelines, school, and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Always inspiring. Working with a Montessori Guide or Lead Teacher, facilitate fun and interactive learning experiences in an authentic Montessori classroom.

Always engaged. Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan activities for children, as well as effectively communicate with families under the guidance of your lead teacher/guide. Always learning.

Complete extensive training that provides insight on child care and development topics. We want joyful, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have: Experience in a licensed child care center, Montessori school, or related field. Completed a high school diploma or equivalent.

Met state requirements for education; additional school requirements may apply. Montessori training, certification, or experience preferred. Florida Background Screening Notice Employment with this school is contingent upon successful completion of Florida's required background screening.
