Preschool Teacher - School Readiness Classroom
Location: The Learning Experience - Gaithersburg, MD (New Center Opening)
Pay: $17-$19 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
The Learning Experience - Gaithersburg is seeking a Preschool Teacher to support children as they prepare for kindergarten through structured learning experiences that build confidence, independence, and early academic foundations.
Responsibilities
Implement daily classroom activities supporting school readiness
Guide children through learning centers and group instruction
Support early literacy, math readiness, and social development
Maintain a structured and engaging classroom environment
Communicate regularly with families regarding progress
Follow Maryland licensing and safety requirements
Qualifications
Preschool qualified under Maryland childcare regulations
