  • Support space planning, interior design and furniture selection efforts, contributing to workplace environments that foster productivity, employee well-being and innovation while aligning with client's design standards.
  • Assist in the client's design review process, helping to ensure design reviews are performed in compliance with corporate guidelines, accessibility standards and building codes.
  • Coordinate with project managers, vendors and construction teams during the construction phase to help maintain design intent, escalating issues to the Design Manager as needed.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in workplace design, bringing fresh ideas and relevant insights to the team.
  • Assist with tracking project budgets, schedules and procurement processes related to design activities, supporting the Design Manager and construction manager in maintaining project controls.
  • Contribute to post-occupancy evaluations and feedback processes, helping to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of workplace environments.
  • Some travel (assume 5%) required to other corporate locations, as necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 3-5 years' experience working on commercial Interior Design projects, preferably for large organizations or corporate environments.
