As an Enterprise Account Executive, AI Solutions at Voices, you'll be responsible for building and growing relationships with some of the world's largest companies, helping them transform their products and customer experiences by leveraging voice AI. Voice AI and conversational AI are one of the  fastest-growing categories in technology today, projected to grow 8X - 10X over five years.

This isn't a traditional SaaS sales role. You'll sell innovative, tailored , solutions spanning voice data, Branded AI Voice, voice licensing, and other emerging AI use cases. That means working with customers to identify opportunities, shape solutions, build the business case, and navigate complex enterprise buying processes involving business leaders, AI and product teams, procurement, legal, and other stakeholders.

You'll own a portfolio of strategic target accounts and be accountable for creating new opportunities, landing new enterprise customers, and expanding relationships across business units and use cases.

We're looking for an experienced enterprise seller who is comfortable operating in an emerging category, someone who can open doors at Fortune 500 companies, grow demand where a defined buying process may not yet exist, and turn complex customer problems into meaningful commercial opportunities.

How You'll Contribute

The following areas represent the primary focus of the role, though responsibilities may evolve over time. You’ll be expected to take ownership of these functions while remaining adaptable to changing business needs and priorities:

• Own Strategic Accounts: Develop and execute account strategies for a focused portfolio of Fortune 500 and other high-value enterprise targets, identifying opportunities across business units, geographies, and use cases.

• Drive Revenue: Achieve or exceed a seven-figure annual quota through a combination of new customer acquisition and expansion within strategic enterprise accounts.

• Market Expansion: Penetrate new strategic industry verticals by leveraging deep market research, personalized executive outreach, and tailored value propositions.

• Navigate Complex Buying Groups: Build relationships across multiple stakeholders including Product, AI/ML, Innovation, Procurement, Legal, Marketing, and executive leadership.

• Sales Excellence & Mentorship: Elevate the performance of the broader sales organization by sharing enterprise best practices, refining playbooks, and informally mentoring developing Account Executives.

• Create Enterprise Pipeline: Proactively open doors and create opportunities within strategic accounts through executive outreach, referrals, partnerships, industry relationships, events, and highly targeted outbound activity

• Maintain Pipeline & Forecast Discipline: Maintain a healthy pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts through strong qualification, deal inspection, CRM discipline, and proactive identification of deal risk.

• Deal Execution & Onboarding: Drive contracts to close by negotiating terms, pricing, and legal redlines with enterprise stakeholders and procurement teams, while ensuring smooth handoff to the account management team.

What You Bring

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience:

• Enterprise & Strategic Account Management: A proven track record opening, developing, and expanding high-value enterprise-level accounts. 

• Complex Solution Selling: Direct experience navigating complex sales cycles for AI/data solutions, digital platforms, professional services, or advanced technology.

• Methodology & Execution: Applied experience using structured sales frameworks to manage pipelines and accurately forecast revenue.

• The Mindset:

• A Builder Mentality: Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity in emerging product categories where pricing, buying processes, and use cases are still evolving.

• Curious & Consultative: Driven by intellectual curiosity—able to uncover root customer problems, identify new use cases, and shape opportunities rather than just fulfilling order requests.

• Core Qualifications:

• Demonstrated history of quota achievement selling technology or professional services into large organizations.

• Proficiency with established enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Value Selling).

• Strong operational discipline in CRM management, pipeline hygiene, and accurate sales forecasting.
