Learning & Development Technology Specialist
Overview / Summary
We are seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Technology Specialist to support digital transformation initiatives and engineering learning solutions. This role combines learning and development expertise with technical capabilities to design, develop, and maintain learning ecosystems, automate workflows, and support AI-driven educational solutions.
The ideal candidate will partner with functional teams to support competency-based training initiatives and enhance learning experiences through technology and process innovation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy custom front-end applications and tools using Python and Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
  • Develop AI agents and assistants to support personalized learning experiences and automate content curation.
  • Architect and implement automated workflows integrating LMS platforms, SharePoint, and enterprise tools.
  • Build and manage relationships with stakeholders to align training needs with learning solutions.
  • Partner with teams to identify skill gaps and recommend training solutions.
  • Provide technical L&D support for learning systems and training implementation activities.
  • Lead technical L&D projects from intake through deployment and delivery.
  • Coordinate and facilitate virtual and in-person training events.
  • Design and manage SharePoint sites, custom lists, libraries, and JSON formatting solutions.
  • Administer and support Learning Management Systems (LMS), including SCORM/API integrations and platform data flow management.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience in training, project management, computer science, or a related field.
  • Experience with data management, training coordination, project support, and knowledge management.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneNote.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Practical knowledge of Python for AI integration and application development.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
