THE POSITION

FanDuel is looking for a Learning & Development Partner to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning programs that drive employee growth, capability building, and business performance. This role plays a key part in executing high-quality learning experiences across the organization-spanning program coordination, LMS management, vendor support, and stakeholder engagement-while contributing ideas that enhance the overall learning ecosystem.

This role partners closely with the Director of Learning & Development, HR Business Partners, Talent Management, HRIS, and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, engaging, and scalable learning experiences across our global workforce. The Learning & Development Partner will manage multiple programs simultaneously, contribute to process improvements, and help ensure a seamless end-to-end learner journey.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined below, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN

Learning Program Execution & Delivery
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of enterprise learning programs, including planning, coordination, scheduling, facilitation, and execution across in-person, virtual, hybrid, and eLearning formats.
  • Partner with the Director of Learning & Development to implement the enterprise learning roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs and capability priorities.
  • Ensure high-quality program delivery by applying established standards, maintaining consistency, and monitoring participant experience.
  • Anticipate program needs and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support facilitation of learning sessions where appropriate, ensuring an engaging and effective learner experience.
Learning Operations & Data Management
  • Manage day-to-day learning operations, including course setup, LMS content uploads, learner assignments, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  •  Maintain data accuracy and generate reports to track program participation, completion, and overall effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve program processes and user experience, recommending enhancements where appropriate.
  • Support the integration of new tools, platforms, learning technologies, and generative AI tools as needed.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

  • Partner with internal stakeholders across business units to support training needs and ensure alignment with enterprise learning standards.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to support program delivery, including scheduling, communications, and quality assurance.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of timelines, expectations, and outcomes.
  • Escalate risks or challenges appropriately and propose solutions to maintain progress.

Communication & Learner Engagement

  • Support the development and execution of communications to promote learning programs and drive participation.
  • Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with the broader learning strategy.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance engagement in a hybrid learning environment.

Working with Others

  • Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of program goals and expectations.
  • Anticipate challenges and contribute solutions that improve team efficiency and program outcomes.
  • Mentor other team members and support teammates by sharing knowledge and helping drive progress across initiatives.

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or a related field
  • Experience supporting the coordination and delivery of learning or talent programs in a corporate environment
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (experience with Adobe Captivate and 360Learning a plus)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The applicable salary range for this position is $86,000 - $108,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
