Your role in the mission:
The Learning, Development and Inclusion Manager is responsible for developing and executing the organization's learning and development programs while leading initiatives that foster a culture of belonging, inclusion, equity, and respect. This role partners with leaders across the organization to build employee capabilities, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and support business growth through strategic learning programs and DEIA initiatives.
The position ensures learning and inclusion efforts are aligned with organizational goals, reinforce company values, and contribute to an engaging, high-performing workplace.
Responsibilities
Learning & Development
  • Develop and implement the organization's learning and development programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Deliver training programs to support leadership development, professional skills, compliance, and technical training programs using both internal development and external partnerships.
  • Partner with leaders and HR to create development plans for employees and teams.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), learning content, and external training vendors.
  • Support career development and inclusion through all career stages including onboarding, career development, succession planning, and talent initiatives.
  • Track learning metrics, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Manage the learning and development budget and ensure efficient use of resources.

Inclusion
  • Develop and coordinate programs that promote an inclusive, respectful and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Partner with leadership and employees resource groups to support DEIA initiatives and employee engagement.
  • Partner with HR to support the development and implementation of equitable talent practices.
  • Coordinate awareness events, educational programs, and communications that support organizational values and belonging.

What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, or organizational development.
  • Experience designing and facilitating instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning programs.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning analytics.
